INITIAL APPOINTMENTS

In order to schedule your initial appointment at The Lash and Brow Studio, a brief phone consultation is required. At that time a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be due to reserve your appointment. You will also be required to schedule your next one to two touch up appointments to ensure future availability.

CANCELLATIONS

Please try to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time!  

If you are 15 minutes or more overdue, you will need to reschedule your appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS.

When cancelling or rescheduling “the day of” your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service price.  

We reserve the right to charge 100% of the schedule service for NO-SHOWS.

RETURNS

The satisfaction of our guests is our main priority.  We offer prompt solutions to any problems or concerns that may occur.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for products sold or services rendered.
